Free Holiday Flute Concert at Hauberg
Tue, 11/28/17  •  7:00pm
Enjoy "A Christmas Flute Festival", performed by a Quad City Flutes Unlimited. This 24-member flute choir was founded in 1983 by Janet Stodd, a flute instructor at Augustana College and St. Ambrose University. The concert will include a variety of familiar holiday songs and carols. Doors open at 6:00pm and the concert will start at 7:00pm. FREE to the public.

50th Annual Winter in Bloom

Come and see Hauberg all dressed up at our annual open house where every room will sparkle with holiday cheer! Enjoy light refreshments and live music as you tour the historic home, then stop in at our pop-up shop to find a unique gift for someone special. Kids will have fun looking for clues on our scavenger hunt, making crafts and meeting Santa! Bring your friends and family for an afternoon of festive fun in a beautiful location—perfect for holiday photos!

History Talks

Alchemy Photography Workshops
This class will provide an atmosphere of exploration, discovery, and learning for anyone interested in carving a new path in their photographic journey. Developing a personal voice leads to a greater degree of satisfaction no matter what your reason for picking up a camera. The workshops are designed to mesh technical abilities with a healthy dose of artistic vision. Taught by Randy Richmond, a professional photographer and instructor at St. Ambrose University, whose work has been exhibited nationally and internationally with permanent collections currently on display in multiple art museums and galleries. His work has also been selected for several book covers and chosen to highlight environmental issues.
